Yes, unless you count the bug fix as non stock. If you want proof, In the spacecraft exchange I have the ship I used for it. I modified it to get rid of mech-jeb and to use SRBs instead. Let me know if you would like me to link to it.

The bug fix is acceptable, also good catch, I did the update in the right after I woke up, so that's probably why I mixed them up. I'll update your entry.

I think an achievement for multiple mun landings would work, but adding Minmus requires a whole new batch of rules if you think about it.
