Procedural fairings don't show up?

Well I'm trying to streamline my rockets a bit, by adding a fairing around the payload. In the vab I notice that the fairing has blue lines, as shown below. However when I go to flight nothing shows up.

Those blue lines are not stock, but the fairing base looks like it is stock. Do you have the Procedural Fairings mod? I don't use it so don't know the details, but if you are you should probably ask in that mod's specific thread.

Yes I'm using procedural fairings, and that part is from that mod. The problem is that I can't seem to find any topic regarding procedural fairings, only very old topics.

This is the most recent one. I'd ask there for help if your problem isn't already mentioned there.

Procedural fairings have side nodes where you can attach either a straight or ogive shaped fairing. Without there is no fairing. Do not forget symmetry toggle while adding or you start with only half closed one

You may as well change fairing thickness after attaching one to reduce cost and mass.
