KSP Icon on desktop

Hi, I just downloaded KSP and unpacked the winzip folder. The game is running, but I do not know how to put a KSP icon on my desktop and connect it to the game.

Can you help me with that, please!

Hi kat!   Welcome to the forums.    Find the KSP_x64.exe and right click on it, and send it to the desktop.   That will create a shortcut on the desktop for you. 

Don't do this with the launcher program, as it seems to have been deprecated for many versions now.

Hi Gargamel, many thanks for your answer.  I right clicked in the winzip folder on KSP_x64.exe , but there is nothing written like send it to. Have you got any other idea?

Erp, did you just open the file with winzip or did you actually extract the files to somewhere?
