The Shape of food made in microgravity (weightlessness)

In the long run any prolonged human presence in space will require artificial gravity by spinning.

 

Still, there may be niche may be a niche market for foods prepared in weightlessness.

 

Shape? Cylindral or spherical or blobish. Since spinning works with cooking too in space (only way to keep stuff attached).

 

Alteranately you can boil stews and soups just fine... but keep it contained.

 

What you won't see.. anything crumbly. Just too much of an eye/cleaning hazard.

There is no convection in zero-G.

So, a sandwich.

You can use a centrifuge to get a bit of that sweet gravity for your cookies to get flat (optionaly lol)

Beef steak - made of beef instead of algae
