The liquid-fuel rocket engine doesn't work.

If I install a liquid-fuel rocket engine, mount the rocket on the launch pad and fire the liquid-fuel rocket engine, then it won't work. Here's a screenshot :

Your throttle appears to be at zero.

You can instantly set throttle to max with the 'Z' key, or throttle up (Shift), throttle down (Ctrl)
