The Christmas Planet

 

A planet for KSP during this festive time!

As a present from myself to the community, I decided to create a Christmas themed planet. This planet, called "The Snowball" orbits Kerbol just beyond Jool.

The planet has a radius of 500km with an atmosphere 50km high. It harbours an ocean, clouds, rings, and a multitude of aurorae. I have spent a long time developing the assets that are being used on this planet!

• Recommends EVE - https://github.com/WazWaz/EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements/releases

• Recommends Scatterer - https://github.com/LGhassen/Scatterer/releases

• There is support for Christmas Dres, in which Dres will now orbit this planet - https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/190564-173-christmas-dres/ (There is currently a bug with the Christmas Dres mod that removes Dres' terrain. Use with caution. Do not come to me for support - I do not maintain Christmas Dres.)

As Kopernicus has not been updated to 1.8 yet, you MUST use KSP 1.7.3. You MUST use the 1.7.3 versions of the mods above.
