Another modded 1.8 is freezing during start on /Serenity

Since the game was updated to 1.8 I'm not able to play it. I was waiting for mods being updated, but results is the same: game freezes on loading on stage "/Serenity".

I read many recommendations but none of them is working for me.

Without looking at the logs, I strongly suggest that you install the ZeroMiniAVC mod to delete all the MiniAVC dll files.

Also, the output_log.txt is from 1.7.3 and earlier, you don't need to include that.

Thank you for suggestion. 

I deleted link to output_log from my post.

I also installed suggested mod, but there is no change - game is still freezing during loading at the very same point.

You need to upload new logs

Well you have 52,450 System.NullReferenceException.

It looks like a bunch are from the BonVoyage mod. You are currently running the version for KSP 1.3.1.

BonVoyage v0.13.2.1          

Version 0.13.2.1 for Kerbal Space Program 1.3.1

Version 1.0.1.1 for Kerbal Space Program 1.8.1

 

Looking at the other mods, it seems many of them are out of date also.

Like Kopernicus, it is not out for 1.8 yet and is version locked.

 

My suggestion would be to do fresh install and use CKAN to install 1.8 mods.

If you want Planet Packs, you will need to revert to a 1.7 or earlier version compatible with Kopernicus.

Many thanks. I installed as many mods from CKAN as it was possible.

Game starts, menu shows. 

But there is a problem: while trying to load save game, there is list of missing parts from my vessels, mostly form InfernalRobotics. It makes no sense at all, because I installed IR 3.0.2.

What to do to make save game working?

Install ZeroMiniAVC to get rid of all the old MiniAVC dlls, the can break the game.

I installed that after your first post. It is working, according to log in loading screen.

It is not helping to "resurrect" IR and Tantares parts

 

\\any suggestion why are parts "invalid" when I installed latest versions of mods?
