As the forum does not host images, you need to (1) make an Imgur account, then (2) upload your images to Imgur, then (3) copy the image location to the Forums, where it will be shown to the rest of the forum in all its explodey, Moar Booster-y glory...

Hosting pictures rapidly turns into a) an immense amount of storage requirement, and b) a big moderation headache.  Given that there are a number of sites that accept those issues and provide free service to the public, there's nothing to be gained by this site hosting those images.
