RP-0 not working (1.3.1)

Hello there. I installed RSS with RO and RP-0 on 1.3.1. The RSS and RO combination works normally, but the RP-0 doesn't work. RP-0 contracts aren't available, the tech tree is normally on but in VAB i can see only no-rp-0 parts. I normally downloaded RP-0 and dropped the RP-0 folder into GameData and contracts into ContractsPacks. Does someone know what i did wrong?

@KnedlikMCPERP-1 is the newer and better supported descendant of RP-0, and works great on 1.7.3. The wiki, which includes a detailed installation guide, can be found at https://github.com/KSP-RO/RP-0/wiki
