bug in sandbox mode

I can't create nodes or change action sets, the "wrap to a point in orbit" function doesn't work, and when I tried to EVA, the game says the astronaut complex isn't upgraded, but I'm in sandbox mode, is there a way to fix this?

Also, there's a Kopernicus log file in the logs folder, but I uninstalled that mod long ago, is that the problem?

Edit: the orbit line is blue, and somehow one of my ship doesn't have the node and action problems, didn't test the EVA problem though.

Edit2: deleted the log and the problem is still there.

Edit3: the game also says patched conics are not available because the tracking station needs upgrade, but I'm in sandbox mode!?

and the problem is somehow gone after removing hyperedit and launching a new ship then revert. 

Edit: the bug is back when I opened the game again, but went away after loading a new save.

All of the mods are for version 1.8, but hyperedit is the beta version.

My KSP version is 1.8.1

Anything I missed?

Hyperedit is not the cause of the bug, it happens every time when I quit the game and restarted it.

My current workaround is launch a new ship, alt+f12 it to orbit, eva, then load the current save, as that seems to fix the bug.

I can't find the player.log, there's no app data folder in my computer.

also, my game is fine with this mod set before, it just has some minor bugs that can be fixed with make a new save and reload.

Update:The bug is gone after removing contract configurator and custom barn kit!

Just wanted to add that I had the exact same problem, and can confirm that removing custom barn kit resolved the problem for me as well. I removed Hyperedit as well btw.

Moreover, I was not able to add maneuever nodes in KSP. The log stated "Maneuver Mode disabled". This problem was also resolved after I removed custom barn kit and hyperedit!
