Bug Tracker status "Acknowledged"

What does this mean?

I'm pretty sure nothing on the bugtracker means anything any more. Squad seems to have stopped caring a while back and be looking at only DLC problems and extremely low-hanging fruit.

I have never before seen the state "Acknowleged", so I tried to confirm that bug myself.
(Tried.  It took a while to learn to fly a barely-stable flying wing for 8 minutes with after burners, without crashing due to my own fault. I think I saw what you saw.)

I attached my copy of your example craft with the fuel drained to the point where the strange behavior happens.  The center of mass is then right along the hinges of the ailerons, and KSP seems to be confused which way to deflect them in order to, say, pitch the nose up.

To me, it looks like exactly bug 22932 so a work-around would be to turn the ailerons in the plane of the wing just slightly, so their extended hinges are always aft of the CoM (since the ailerons are aft of the CoM for their purpose of acting as an elevator).   If you agree, and want to, you can comment on bug 29932 linking to your example craft and video.

mention workaround . . . try workaround . . . your landing gear are attached to your ailerons

Hmm, I find it quite stable myself :)

But seriously, thank you for the followup and the suggestion to link it. I actually built a new version of the plane and tweaked it just enough to stop the issue.  https://kerbalx.com/Klapaucius/Stanislaw-Mk-II
