Is there a way to get the new textures without updating?

Hello!
I am currently on version 1.8.1, and I have landed on the Mun with a rover. However, it is incredibly bland and I think having the new textures will spice up the journey to the pole a little bit. However, I have a few mods, meaning I can't update. Is there a way to get the new textures using Kopernicus or some other mod?

Mun already has the new textures since 1.8., do you have adjusted your graphical settings? Mine are:

The relevant setting is the one for "Terrain Shader Quality" you only get the new look for the Mun (and all the other bodies) if that is set to "High" or better (available in 1.9).
