EVA freezes ship GLITCH!!! Help!!

Hello all!

I have a problem:

When doing a EVA and going far from the ship, after coming back the ship will be floating in mid air and just go up and when I get in it the ship is unresponsive, the engine won't work and it says I have 0/ms of Delta-V (even though i have plenty of fuel).

I have EC and fuel and Jeb is on the ship

 

This does not happen when I don't go to far out. Also this happened the Mun.

@Seffy This happened to me following a duna orbital rendezvous... I successfully docked my lander to my command ship, then lost all control... I tried undocking, and couldn’t control either craft. I saved, closed out of the app, then restarted it... when I loaded the save, control was restored. Hope this helps your situation

@Seffy Happened again today... then I realized I had no power generation  and batteries on my munnar lander... fortunately I had plenty of MP

Well I’m for sure I have EC so it’s not that.

I hope there’s another way to solve this problem because restarting the game every time would become a hassle. -.-
