Welcome to the forum @jayzhang, your question has been moved to gameplay questions. Do you mean how to control 2 ships at the same time or how to switch between ships?

It's impossible to control two ships at once. You can switch between nearby vessels with the [ and ] keys (may be different on international keyboards).

Look up TCA mod (Throttle Controlled Avionics).  U sue it for various functions and it has one called "squadron mode" which sounds like it might do what you want (although I have never tested that function myself).

Be warned though, TCA has a lot of functions and therefore a pretty steep learning curve.

One thing you can do, if you want to have multiple planes in the air is use the BD Armory mod. You only control one and the others are on autopilot, but it looks really cool.

 

Despite the fact it was designed for combat, I have used it often just for getting a lot of planes in the air.
