(SOLVED)Weird square showing up everywhere

On the main menu, ksc, editor, and in flight, there is a small,  square patch on the screen that looks like part of one of the buildings. screenshot is HERE. I have these mods installed: all of the Near Future Technologies, TAC life support, Kerbal health, KIS, KAS, Stockalike station parts expansion redux, TUFX, EVE and Spectra.

I've have this as well, but for me it's on the very bottom right of the screen. Same exact appearance though. No clue what could be causing it, though we both use many Nertea mods.

It used to be there, but it moved further up last time I loaded.

I validated the game files on steam and that has solved it.
