KSP not modding, ?

the other day i got my first KSP mod (airplane plus). afterwards, I wanted to get BD armoury, but it did not work, although for some reason I still had armour plates but nothing else. I also tried modding with tweakscale and it didnt work either. I have a mac computer ( I just checked and apparently it is an "OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6")

and I think I am putting it into the right directory (GameData) which worked for airplane plus but is not working for the others. once, when starting KSP, it said that I was putting it in the wrong directory, but worked for airplane plus. any idea whats happening?

Welcome to the forum @theKSPnoob, your issue has been moved to tech support, PC, modded for better visibility. Do you have all the required versions and dependencies for the mods you are using? In particular do you have module manager installed?

Many mods have dependencies, other mods they need in order to work. Some of them might come with those mods bundled- module manager is very frequently included- but others don’t and you’ll probably find thinks to download them in the forum post for the mod you want or the github/space dock/curseforge page where you downloaded it.

Check you have everything you need and also check that the mods you’re using are compatible with your version of KSP and are the right versions.

Just installing Add'Ons is not enough. The Add'Ons need to support each other.

I don't know about BDArmory, but Airplane Plus doesn't have support for TweakScale and until the moment nobody had wrote such support.

SXT works with TweakScale because someone wrote support for it.

@theKSPnoob I wrote APP support, and it's currently in Beta (i.e., it's being testing and can have bugs, besides I think there's none left and there are people are already using it).
