Beyond home how to build space port on lua

So I have beyond home and I don't know how to build the space port on lua and I was wondering how, do I need a mod for it? I also have the making history so I have all the other space centers on rhode but I don't know how to build it on lua

@charkie23 Install Kerbal Konstructs for Lua's facility to appear. After that (if you want to build more space centers) you'll have to ask around in its thread and start experimenting with the in-flight base builder.
