How do I attach 2 large parts using KIS?

I accidentally cut my space station in half and I need to attach the two halves together, I have bill in a spot where he can acces both of the parts, but I don't know how to attach them!

Does he have an electric screwdriver?

If he does, equip screwdriver, pick up lighter half, and try to attach using normal KIS attach rules.  (See that mod's thread for details.)

Note that you'll likely have issues with mass of the parts, and possibly with distance.  To help with mass, get Bill some help - send more Kerbals.

You might be able to bolt on a Konstruction port to each half, dock them, then weld them together.
