Cant Click on any of the buildings at the space center?

When I went back to the space center after a flight, everything was normal at first, but as soon as I clicked on the vab, the gui for when you hover over a building went away for all of the buildings and clicking on any of them doesn't do anything. I had done this exact thing about 4 times before and didn't get this problem. I can still move the camera around, timewarp, and go to the menus, but I can't go into any of the buildings. I tried quicksaving and reloading but that didn't do anything and I still cant enter buildings. I dont know if im just really dumb or if its a bug. I use mods but I dont know if mods are the reason for the problem

Are you using the Click Through Blocker by @linuxgurugamer maybe?

The latest version has a toolbar icon which allows you to clear any input locks.

the alt f12 also can clear input locks. its in the 2nd category i think?.
