"[LOG 13:33:42.418] MiniAVC-V2 -> System.IO.IOException: Sharing violation"

It is known that MiniAVC causes issues, I suggest you get rid of it via the Zero MiniAVC mod.

That's MiniAVC-V2, not MiniAVC. ZeroMiniAVC does not (yet) remove the v2. As far as I know, only KIS/KAS includes it.

MiniAVC-V2 should not have the problems MiniAVC had with threading. In this case, it seems to choke on a MiniAVC-Settings file. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\000_ClickThroughBlocker\MiniAVC.xml".

tbh, I'd just try removing that file. I don't know enough to even guess at the cause of a "sharing violation". Insufficient access rights or is the file locked by another process?

There are more exception about someting called "Ookii.Dialogs", too.

Edit: I'll read that again. There's a "MiniAVC" (not -V2) in the ClickThroughBlocker directory (and elsewhere) which might cause this problem when both versions try accessing the same file, I guess. So you're right, installing ZeroMiniAVC would probably fix it :)

MiniAVC - 1.4.1.1

You have MiniAVC, kill it with fire. Do this first.

System.IO.IOException: Sharing violation

Either something has a lock on the file, or there are permission problems in the KSP root.
Move KSP install out of Program Files (or any other system protected directory), disable virus scanners etc, see if this goes away.

If it doesn't, do a clean reinstall of KSP and try again. Back up your existing install first OFC.

That there is a failure to load a standard .NET library. Odd. Could be a corrupt install, could be a dodgy .NET environment. Never seen that one before.
