Vessel Renaming

Is it possible to rename a vessel that is in flight?  I named something "Explorer I" but I decided I wanted to go back and rename it to be more closely in line with the actual contract it's for.  I'm obsessive about this kind of stuff, and I can't seem to find where to rename the vessel.

Right click on the main command module of the craft. There should be a Rename Vessel in the dialog.

There is also a section on that dialog that lets you set the name priority so the vessel will remember it's real name after docking with some other ship/station

Either right click any command part (pod, probe core etc.) then ‘rename vessel’, or in map/tracking station view click the little information icon on the right, then double click its name and you should be able to rename it that way.
