Science - Landed at Kerbin's KSC (Shores) - Where ?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I start to play and I'm currently stuck. All Science at XXX (Shores) has been completed except => while landed at Kerbin's KSC. I try to landed with plane or rocket  + parachute but I can't find this location.

Can you help me ?

Thanks.

The KSC biome is contained within the little triangles between the KSC buildings footprints.  e.g., between the big hexagon of tarmac surrounding the VAB and the big hexagon surrounding the R&D Complex, there is a little triangle of grass enclosed by tarmac - get into that triangle and you should be in the KSC biome.  There's another between R&D and the Astronaut complex, and another between the VAB and the big tarmac triangle around the Tracking Station.

You could build a rover or VTOL of some kind to scrape up all the science from the KSC, including driving or landing on (or sometimes into) every building and area you can find to get science from them. ‘KSC’ consists of a few triangles of filler tarmac between other recognisable areas, as eatU4myT said.

Or if you’re interested in dipping your toe into modding KSP, you could use this simple mod to do it for you with a single click:

The easiest place to get the "Landed at KSC" minibiome is parallel and next to the Runway. Basically, go off the Runway down to the lower grass, and you'll probably be in the KSC minibiome. If not, then get a little further from the Runway. You can easily do this by creating a craft that rolls on its side. Even a command module plus an empty flea booster can roll far enough to get off the Runway, if you launch it to the Runway.
