Problemas con en acelerador

Hola a todos lo que sucede es que cuando presiono la tecla shift o ctrl para aumentar o disminuir la potencia no sube de a poco como lo hace usualmente si no que sube sin parar o baja sin parar y debo presionar la tecla shift para que los controles vuelvan a responder 

Encontré el problema tiene que ver con las teclas especiales del teclado una vez configurado vuelve a la normalidad
