How to wake up the Kraken?

I have found that sometimes if I try to hook a Kerbal to "The Klaw" (Such as on a crane) it can fling the kerbal, make the kerbal inoperable, and fling the crane the other way. although it is harder to wake the Kraken in newer KSP, and it is not exactly Krakeny, it is something.  Go to 5:50 for the Kraken Krane

This is not one of my best cranes. It  is sorta supposed to suck because I am a fan of Liebherr cranes and do not really like Manitowoc/Grove/Potain/National cranes.

I made a ship that krakens, and then got a Kerbal on EVA, the result was the Kerbal getting hit by the kraken so hard, that it went I think 100Zm/s changing direction constantly...

 

also does bouncing off a planets ocean at 1000km/s count as a kraken?

Does it even look normal to you? If No then means that this is Kraken
