Without seeing the whole rocket, it looks like you've clicked the Solid Rocket Booster instead of the Radial Decoupler (The thing that the SRB should be attached to).

Also, I've moved this out of Tutorials and into Gameplay Questions, as tutorials are for "how to's" instead of questions on the tutorials, but I see where the confusion was .

Looks like you’ve assigned Shutdown on the Hammer to the Abort group also. SRBs can’t shut down so I don’t know how this is even possible, in any case it wasn’t in the instructions. Maybe that’s stopping you from progressing?
