You're at least missing the dependencies for FMRS (ClickThroughBlocker and ToolbarController), as well as the required KerbinSide Remastered for KSC Extended. You probably also want to update EVE to EVE Redux, compiled for KSP 1.9-1.11.x.

This should at least eliminate most issues I've found in your log, which honestly doesn't look too bad but may cause the game to crash anyway.

I removed vapor vent, and it worked

glad to hear you fixed it :) But still, at least FMRS will not work at all without these dependencies and I would highly recommend to fix the issues I've found anyway to get the best experience out of these mods ;)

I installed the FMRS  dependencies and it starded to freeze at loading, can someone tell me a substitute to FMRS?

StageRecovery maybe? Or post the logs when it’s freezing, something else might be breaking.
