loading screen stuck on UmbraSpaceIndustries/FTT/parts/FTT_DuctedFan_Atl/FTT_DuctedFan_Atl on version 1.9 ksp

Having an issue where this text in the title does not load and it freezes. does not crash but will not load in ksp 1.9. I have version 1.4 of USI installed and these problems come up all the time

This seems like a Freight Transportation Technologies issue. Perhaps asking in that thread would get you some quicker responses. 
Better yet, join the USI discord.

Typically what you see on the loading bar is the last thing that successfully loaded, not what is causing the problem.  You need to look at your logs to see what is actually failing.
