i did all instructions for downloading bettertimewarp but it doesnt show in-game...help?

Hello i did all instructions to install kspbettertimewarp but it doesnt show up in-game.

My current version of ksp in 1.11.1 even though the mod is for 1.8.1, though I saw matt lowne still use it

I use better time warp in 1.11.1 with no issues. Did you install all the dependencies for it? Check the mod’s forum/download pages to see if you’ve missed something, or try using CKAN to do the hard work for you,

I got the thing from the .zip file, then put it into gamedata folder. i assume that you put it there? it says to put it in ksp directory

Which zip file?

Would be better to use CKAN for the jnstall

Update: i downloaded CKAN and loaded up ksp, though the icon didnt show up still in-game

this is my gamedata folder, is there anything wrong with it?

You have to install it using CKAN.  First remove it by hand, then get CKAN loaded, make sure under Settings->Compatible GameVersions you have 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, & 1.11 checked, then install it using CKAN
