Is there a Tutorial how to program KSP Mods?

I Just want to add a own Engine and yea... Idk how to program Ksp mods...so...is there a tutorial or something like that?

For making a part you don't really need any programming skills (even when making config files, you can just copy and paste an existing part's file and tweak the values where necessary).
