KSPI-E stuck on...

KSPI-E is stuck on loading circradiatorKT, and I have had this problem before. I am on 1.8.1, sitting on a rather hefty list of mods, mostly engine packs and Real Exoplanets. I really don't want to do a full modlist check, since I have a large pile of mods, and the game already takes long enough to load. Anybody know any mods that clash with KSPI-E? Also, deleting the part won't help, as playing this self-made "modpack" before had the same issue, and I just got stuck on the next part. I don't know how I solved this problem before, so please help.

A log file might help.  It's rather difficult  to help when all you said was that it's not working
