broken control

one rocket stage, height 55m, width 12m, weight 2000 ton, 600 detals ,  perfect  aerodynamics, perfect control, ...but broken wing controls.  

Pitch does not work, instead of yaw - roll. Roll works 1% out of 100%. Engine  this game?

Do you have other craft for which this is not a problem? As for the one in your pictures, that is an odd design (not a criticism) and it's hard to see what might be going wrong. Check to see if the control surfaces are actually moving and whether the root part is oriented the way you think it is.
