eva experiement while flying

Hello, sorry for my English. I can't manage to do an eva experimentally while flying. Someone would have any idea?

I'm not sure what the issue is, but Kerbals can't go EVA when off the ground until you upgrade the astronaut complex.

In the stock game (with no mods) I see no way to attempt a 'Science Experiment' while flying under a parachute.

The only similar option I have is "Rapport d'AEV" which succeeds for me, but that is different to "Expérience Scientifique"

The question, and its answer, might be specific to the mod "Science! Here and Now"

The OP image shows Bob Kerman under personal parachute, so unless I am missing something, he did EVA when off the ground.

Thanks for your quick response. But the real problem is that there is an (EVA Experiment) in flight! Check your XScience. Is it just that it is not possible to do it? Is it possible to validate it by modifying the persistent.sfs file thanks in advance

I know the EVA experiment can not be done while hanging on to a ladder.  Perhaps it can’t be done while your parachute is open?

Try performing it while free-falling in the atmosphere.

Put a thermometer in your inventory and check it when in flight? Also, can it be orbital flight so you don't have to worry about landing?
