Turn KSP into GTA 6

Months ago I had a dream I was in mob driving through the streets of this city like miami like in scarface, I'm talking to some mod bosses in the back of the limo and I look up and I see a green giant planet and 2 moons in the sky and I instantly know where I am.  So Kerbal Konstructs is a really nice mod that lets you put a space center on other planets so wouldn't it be nice if you could also put cities on other planets, even better add roads, AI kerbals that just walk around and do stuff and AI cars that you can just steal and drive around and even police to arrest you. Personally I find it hilarious to imagine jeb gunning down innocent civillians in the downtown of some city on Laythe while swarms of helicopters are shooting at him while he has a 5 star wanted level over his head. And we could take it a step further with online support for a true GTA  online experience but with a whole solar system for you to commit crimes in. so yea?
