help with textures unlimited recolor depot

i tried to down load TURD to improve my crafts but whenever  i try to open the recoloring window i doesn't show any recoloring textures and it only a blank window with a few words

P.S. when i right-click   on the mk-1 cockpit, it only has the default recoloring textures
