I'm trying to get RSS and RO, but then it keeps saying “Kopernicus was not able to load the custom planetary system due to an exception in the loading process”

So uh, I'm kind of bored of the normal KSP so I decided to get RSS and RO (like I said in the title) So, I went over to download the mods and etc etc along with adding it to CKAN and stuff - however whenever I loaded the game pretty much nothing changed, I even removed the previous mods in the gamedata and such. (greatly appreciate for the help since I've also never did this before)

I am curious what you mean by this. Did you manually download the mods and then import them into CKAN?

I recommend doing a clean install, and then installing RSS + RO from CKAN itself, as it will automatically install all of the required dependencies. It can be easy to mess up if you download things manually.
