Can't get into vab or sph

Hi. I'm on here to support my son and his love of this awesome game that he absolutely loves.  He can no longer enter the VAB or SPH. He was able to enter the Astronaut Complex, but is unable to exit. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would need to see aog file (see my sig for info).  Have you tried restarting the game?

You may also try creating a new save

He has tried restarting, reinstalling and making a new save. All of those have not worked. Where would we find the aog file you are referring to?

I assume he installed it via Steam?  Did he install any mods?

Came home from work today to find out he was able to fix it after school. Thanks for your assistance.
