Not sure, but your active vessel has no connection to KSC (upper left below clock).  How much relay network should you be seeing?

yea but i cant see other satelite connected to KSC and talking to my main satelite

Does your active vessel even have EC / power?  It will have no connections if it has no power

I don't know.  It seems that that you know it should be working and that you know there is no reason it would not work.  I think until you consider there is a reason it is not working, and look for it, you will have trouble seeing why it is not working.  Are antennas deployed?  Did you use relay antennas on the satellites?
