Launch pads on other planets?

Is there anyway to place launchpads or even just structures from kerbalkonstructs and stuff on other planets in rss, if there is how?

Yes, it can be done. Some planet packs e.g. Beyond Home have bases on other planets/moons using Kerbal Konstructs, but you can also make your own using the KK menu in flight; they might not persist after switching vessels or reloading the game though.

They said that they might not persist I've built a whole lot of stuff with KK and they all have persisted
