Do a jool 6 mission!

Sounds weird but this is the idea,

Make a jool 5 that "Lands" on jool at the end, thats it.

Fully recoverable: 10 points

No mining: 1 point

No refueling: 1 point

SSTO: 4 points

Ion engines: 3 points

1 point per kerbal

Mods are fine as long as they don't give over powered stuff

Not a big fan of spaceplanes because They seem a bit overdone when it comes to SSTOs.

It would count! I made this when I didn't know a jool "landing and return" mission was possible

ill do it when i know how to make planes that do not need high-speed aerodynamic stablizers
