Weird Easter egg in RN Soyuz mod

So, I recently downloaded the RN Soyuz mod, and on the Soyuz LOK Descent Module there appears to be a person underwater tapping on the window from the inside. It is a flat image texture, and i converted the DDS file into a jpeg and a

cropped PNG, please tell me WHERE THIS IS FROM?????

note: image was upside down in texture file

note 3: could be from some movie or game involving a flooding submarine

Looks to me like it's a reflection of the person taking the picture of it, holding the camera.

It’s probably the reflection of whoever took the photographs of the inside of a real Soyuz that have been used to create the interior model. The green is probably from the insulating cover on the outside of the capsule, a feature of many Soviet crewed spacecraft, or possibly a lighting artifact.
