What would be the ultimate non drastically gameplay changing list of mods?

I would like to hear your opinions on what would be the perfect ksp mod list but whith mods that don't drastically change the gameplay (Ex: interstellar extended or JNSQ), except for ker and mech jeb.

Others are mainly visual mods.

Here are 2 screenshots of what mods I have

 

Kerbaltek : Hyper edit

SVT : Stock visual terrain

Triggertech : ksp alternate resource panel

 

If you don't speak French  : 

Dossier de fichiers = Folder

Document texte = Text document

Fichier = File

 

EDIT : No mods that add parts whith the only exception of kOs, and it should feel stock.

Don't mind the game data folder, it's empty, just curseforge not correctly installing mods and i am too lazy to delete it.

Also I didn't know to put this on add-ons or gameplay questions and I am sorry if it's not on the right place.

kOs is just great. Even if you want a vanilla(my second way of saying stock) experience, you should install it. That's why i'm adding it.

Simplex Kerbalism adds the most interesting elements to gameplay.

The Simplex Suite of mods.  SIMPLEX Resources is also an obvious choice.  Doesn't change gameplay much, but Ore is split into 3 resources.  SIMPLEX Propulsion too as it makes rockets in an atmosphere a little harder to make but keeps vacuum engines the same.
