i lost my save

Hi guys ,today ,i lost my 150 h save in ksp because few days befor i switch off my pc while ksp stop working and this afternoon i realise my save whare i have a 120000kg base on the monn ,an other on minmus, a lot of rockets and planes and a rocket for the duna mission i want to do today is lost .
Did you have solution ?

There's a folder in your save's folder called "Backup".  In there should be 5 auto-saved backups.  Take the most recent one, and copy it to the folder above (where the rest of your saves are).  There you can rename it to persistent.sfs and your game should load normally.

You'll lose a little bit of progress, but your game should be mostly intact.
