KSP crashes on startup. Access Violation (0xc0000005)

Recently i've decided to return to KSP after few months but my game which ran perfectly fine started crashing on startup right after yellow loading bar fills completely.

After a bit of investigation, I decided to try running my more lightwieght modpack but it also started to crash. I've managed to pinpoint the cause to the Bluedog Design Beurau but here is the catch: on my previous pack I don't have BDB installed!

After digging through logs i've found that both crashes are caused by the same error!

I don't know what to do.

No I don't  have Citrix Workspace installed. Tried loading without services - nothing. Windows reinstall is possible but very very undesireble.
