What about a Benchmark (which is good enough for online CPU/GPU reviewers to use) now that the CPU is going to be way more utilized than KSP1?

CPU/GPU reviewers use actual games for doing benchmarks.

If the CPU is going to be more utilized than KSP1 then KSP2 might be a good benchmark that the CPU/GPU reviewers could want to use which would end up being good advertising for the game.
