TweakScale found 1 **FATAL** issue(s) on my KSP installment.

"The KSP.log is listing every compromised part(s) on your installment, look for lines with [TweakScale] ERROR: **FATAL**  on the log line.  Be aware these parts being reported aren't the culprits, but the Screaming Victims.

Anyway, about your problem, this is it:

[LOG 13:00:55.847] [TweakScale] ERROR: **FATAL** Part bdWarheadSmall (Small High Explosive Warhead) has a fatal problem due having duplicated properties - see issue [#34]( https://github.com/net-lisias-ksp/TweakScale/issues/34 ). at error:0

Looking into it, I found:

I think you installed some add'ns on the wrong place, theres a BDArmory copy installed on 

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\KerbalSpaceProgram\English\TOP GUNS/GameData/BDArmory/

and another on :

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\KerbalSpaceProgram\English\GameData/BDArmory/

Remove the directory called "TOP GUNS" from your KSP and things should be fine - this extra copy is probably screwing up something else...
