Almost every bit of information we had before today was based on press releases or second hand info from content creators. Now that we have the game in hand, it’s all first hand knowledge, and the vast majority of topics discussed previously have been rendered moot. For that reason, the pre launch sub forums have been archived. Your posts still exist, you can still read them, and even link to them. Things to consider: 1- Before attempting to resurrect an old thread by linking to it, consider the information within. Is it still valid? Does the information add to the current conversation? Would it just be easier to restate the information in light of the new data you have? 2- If you’ve decided that you’d like to resurrect a thread, and you’ve determined it’s a valid thread to necro based on the above criteria, don’t just start a thread and link to the old one. Please report the old thread and state your reasons in the report. If we agree the thread still has merit based on post launch info, we’ll move it over to the post launch sub forums. Most of the old threads are full of bickering, supposition, and complete guesswork. We’re going to hold the old threads to a high standard to be considered for moving. Please report the threads that meet these criteria. Do not PM any of the moderators, they will likely be ignored. What we don’t want to see is people pointing out old threads to either say they were right or others were wrong. Happy Posting!
