Attempted to put a station core into orbit of kerbin... she spins and she spins.

It will not sit still,  just slowly keeps spinning faster and faster at 190,000 meters up.  also AP and PE are fluctuating continuously by +- 100 meters

If you have a joystick installed, make sure that it is zeroed and calibrated.

i had to disable all my joystick inputs couldn't get the game to accept any commands from it 

AH I have an idea.  Its probe controlled... Its possible the controls are gettign stuck full lock right/ left as i'm going out of comm range?

SO i rebuilt with a Kerbal onboard... With it manned station holds steady.  Even if I attemt to EVA, instantly spinning.  Guess Bob is on station SAS control for now
