Buying a computer just to play KSP2

I cut and pasted this from Steam's website (see below.  System requirements to play KSP2 taken from the official site at Steam)...

I am going to go buy a desktop computer just to play KSP2.  My laptop from work won't let me download anything onto it.  I don't want to buy the "recommended" computer only to find out it isn't quite good enough.    I don't care what specs I need, I just want to be sure they will be plenty good enough.
