Looking for best mobo/cpu/ram combo for $500 for this game.

I'm trying to run 300 part crafts with 150 mods... I get 10 fps after optimizations with an i7-6700k @ 4.4.  Of course stock runs at hundreds of FPS. Looking to get at least 30 or 20 while I'm docking to a big craft.

If I can get away with just getting a new chip let me know but Intel so ya cant... I'm hearing you can overclock just a single core and down clock the rest? Sounds like a pain but if it helps I might do it. GPU/HDs/PSU are all newer so no worry there.

Is it really just all how fast a single core can go? Should I worry about ram speed? 32 gb enough? 16 is not!

The Ryzen 7 770x looks pretty nice... Trying to avoid Intel!
