I’ve found that using the “Alt” key to copy your parts and assemblies while building can be the source of corrupted crafts/save files.

The parts that have been copied seem to be the ones that cause problems when they arise. Also, not copying(with Alt) fuel tanks has prevented/fixed fuel cross-feed issues for me as well. Just an FYI for the insistent early adopters like me :D
